Purpose of processing
Depending on the form the User completes in each case, the data may be processed for the following purposes:
Registered users:
The information you provide in the registration form is used to manage the website's users, so that you can access your profile, check your orders and make purchases without having to re-enter your identification details (first name, surname, email and telephone) and delivery address. You can change your profile settings whenever you wish.
eKonos Asesoría SLP will not accept false registrations or registrations impersonating other people or companies. Providing false information in the registration form will result in the user's account being automatically cancelled.

Where you give us your consent in accordance with article 21 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act, we will use your identification and contact details to send you information about website news, news of interest, and promotions and offers on our products and services. The channels we usually use are email, post, telephone, SMS or push notifications, always with your consent and with the option to unsubscribe easily and free of charge.
Contact:
The personal data you provide through the contact form will only be processed to deal with your enquiry or request. The information collected is limited to identification and contact details and data relating to the nature of your request.
Complaints form:
The personal data you provide through the form will only be processed to deal with your complaint.
Returns form:
The personal data you provide through the form will be processed to assess and manage the requested return or exchange and to collect the product if necessary.
Other purposes:
The information provided may occasionally be used for:
- Surveys to improve our services.
- Managing customer requests for information, suggestions and complaints so they can be handled and resolved.
Retention period
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and, in any case, until you object to the processing or withdraw your consent.
Legal basis
eKonos Asesoría SLP is entitled to process personal data on the basis of the consent given by the data subject by signing or accepting the relevant forms, for one or more specific purposes, in accordance with article 6.1(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Finally, eKonos Asesoría SLP will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in its information system, in compliance with the principle of accountability, to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the stored data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity associated with each processing operation.
